International Shipping Agreement

Pull Up Group LLC DBA Pull Up Towing and Recovery LLC

This International Shipping Agreement applies to all Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) and container vehicle shipments.

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement governs international vehicle transportation arranged by Pull Up Towing and Recovery. We act as a facilitator and dispatcher between the customer and shipping carriers.

2. Customer Financial Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for all international shipping-related costs, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier transport fees
  • Port and dock fees
  • Container fees
  • Forklift and handling fees
  • Storage and delay fees
  • Non-runner vehicle fees
  • Address change fees
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges

All fees must be paid in full before shipment or release unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Required Documentation

Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation, which may include:

  • Vehicle purchase receipt or bill of sale
  • Copy of passport
  • Consignee identification and legal authorization
  • Delivery address
  • Any documents required by customs officials or law enforcement

Failure to provide required documentation may result in shipment delays, refusal, or cancellation, with all fees remaining due.

4. Delays & Customs

Pull Up Towing and Recovery is not responsible for:

  • Customs inspections or holds
  • Government delays
  • Port congestion
  • Carrier schedule changes

All related costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • International shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Liability is limited to the coverage provided by the carrier.
  • Pull Up Towing and Recovery is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party carriers.

Acceptance

I agree to the International Shipping Agreement and accept full responsibility for all international transport-related fees and documentation.
